This is going to be a Truly unforgettable Night

If you are not familiar with Asador, it’s a South American open fire cooking method. Charley King will be blending his Jamaican roots and recipes with Asador for an immersive dining experience at the distillery.

This is a multi-course experience with plenty of food.

Centered around community & Conversation

Rather than a traditional seated dinner, we will be spacing courses to encourage you to try all the different menu offerings, mingle, engage with chef Charley or even challenge your new friends to some yard games.

Whole Leg of Lamb - slow cooked to perfection over open flame

Savory Pork Sausage -

Slow Cooked Chicken - tender & smoky

Jamaican Escovitch Snapper - spicy, tangy and full of island flavor

Herbed Black Beans - rich and savory with fresh herbs

White Rice with Amish Butter - creamy, buttery, and comforting

Garlic & Lime Cabbage Wedges - seasoned with garlic, pepper, salt, drizzled with olive oil and grilled

Collard Greens - slow cooked the authentic Jamaican way

Each ticket includes the full meal and a drink token. Additional cocktails, mocktails, beer & wine will be available throughout the evening from our bar.

**We have chosen not to include tip in the ticket price. If you would like to tip the kitchen or the bar you may do so day of.**
