On June 22nd, 2019 we brewed a split mashbill of pale & peach wood smoked pilsner malts. This was a trail for us. We knew we wanted to introduce a bit of smoke into our spirit. At the same time we didn't want it to take over the profile, so we sought out a softer and more indigenous influence than single malt’s historical smoky partner, peat. This first release of SMōk is the result of that initial brew nearly more than 6 years ago.
