For each batch of this Barrel Reserve, the North Carolina gin reflects the ever-changing terroir of our region, aged in unique casks for each release.

Distilled from 100% locally grown and malted 2-row barley from Riverbend Malt House, this whiskey was first aged in a used bourbon cask, then finished in an ex-rum barrel from Outer Banks Distilling Co. This limited Single Barrel release of 295 bottles is the first barrel-finished expression to come out of the distillery, boasting notes of tropical fruit, caramel, worn leather, bread pudding and ginger.
DISTILLERY-EXCLUSIVE RELEASE
Distilled from 55% Wrens Abruzzi malted rye & 45% Pale/Heritage malted barley from Riverbend Malt House, this whiskey was aged in new American oak casks. With only 225 bottles in the second and final release of this whiskey, the rye really takes the driver’s seat, exuding notes of maple sugar, orange, cinnamon, black peppercorns, vanilla, and pecans.
