Distilled from 100% locally grown and malted 2-row barley from Riverbend Malt House just miles down the road, the third bottling of this whiskey spent a year in a used bourbon barrel before being moved into an ex-rum cask for three years. As a Single Barrel release of only 162 bottles, batch 03 continues to showcase the distillery’s growth as we reach deeper into our warehouse and the profiles available to us. A full and grounded whiskey that elaborates on our classic distillery character of orchard fruit, baked grains, and caramel.
