Distilled from 100% locally grown and malted 2-row barley from Riverbend Malt House just miles down the road, the fourth bottling of this whiskey spent two & three years in second fill American oak before being moved into an ex- Caribbean rum cask for two and a half years. Batch 04 continues to showcase the distillery’s growth as we reach deeper into our warehouse and the profiles available to us. A full and grounded whiskey that elaborates on our classic distillery character of orchard fruit, baked grains, and caramel.
