BARREL ID: 20F04 - Batch 02

For the 2025 release of our 5 year single barrel, we decided to pick a cask that would be contrasting to last year’s release. Distilled from the same 2-row pale malt as the previous batch, this year’s whiskey was put into char 2 virgin American oak. The shift from a used bourbon barrel to a new cask imparts this year’s release with a deeper, sweeter character than its predecessor, all while still carrying the classic orchard fruit and grainy distillery character.
