On May 29th, 2017 we filled an ex Four Roses bourbon barrel and marked it Barrel # 09. As one of our earliest barrels we tucked it away at ground level in our warehouse where it sat largely undisturbed for the next 9 years and 63 days. Its location left it exposed to a cooler environment than many of our other barrels which slowed its maturation, allowing for softer and more nuanced development from barrel influences.

Our nine year old whiskey celebrates the influence this region has on our craft. It is a rich and expressive spirit brewed, fermented, distilled and aged to honor our roots and distinguish our vision for American single malt whiskey.
