Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz O&G Malt Whiskey

  • .75 oz Becherovka

  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice

  • .5 oz ginger syrup

  • 1/8 tsp beetroot powder

  • 1 egg white

  • Dehydrated lemon wheel

Directions

Add O&G Malt Whiskey, Becherovka, lemon juice, ginger syrup, beetroot powder, and 1 egg white and shake vigorously for 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake for 15 seconds*, then double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.

* OPTIONAL

After shaking with ice, strain out ice and shake again for 30 seconds for an extra-fluffy cocktail.
